Dunkin Donuts – Antioch
Site selection assignment for Dunkin Donuts Corporate. In 2007 Dunkin Donuts ramped-up new retail store development in conjunction with franchisees throughout the Southeast. Two markets, Tampa and Nashville, were test markets for their new retail store design, marketing and product line. The client was Dunkin Donuts, along with three new Middle Tennessee franchisees planned to open 35 new stores; there were two existing at the time. Most of these were executed as leases in endcap spaces within high volume, often new, retail strip centers. Several of my projects were co-branded with Twice-Daily C-Stores and ground-up development with freestanding or endcap retail centers. I executed leases and sale agreements on seven new store locations in Nashville, Hermitage, Antioch, Lebanon and Hendersonville. New store criteria focused heavily easily accessible retail centers with high visibility along the morning side of traffic.
